Poppy seed dressing is creamy and is perfectly balanced between sweet and tangy.

Honestly, I just love it! It has been my favorite dressing since the first time I tasted it, and I had to recreate it to enjoy whenever I want.

It’s great on a Spinach and Strawberry Salad and can even be used as a marinade for chicken.

You may be surprised to find mayonnaise in the list of ingredients in this dairy free poppy seed dressing – I certainly was when I first figured out that this was the secret ingredient.

However, this dressing doesn’t taste at all like mayonnaise at all! It’s the mayonnaise that makes it so creamy, though.
